This past year, we’ve seen a record number of women run for office in Washington state, from county commissioners to state senate. As demand for our services have grown, we are seeking to build our team to grow our membership and ability to train and support women candidates.
The Membership and Fundraising committee is foundational to the caucus. Our database allows us to easily communicate with members while tracking engagement and prospective donors. Committee members work together to create an end-to-end
integrated strategy to garnish engagement and financial support from prospective donors to renewing members.
The women we endorse rely upon donations to our Women-Powered Campaign Fund to help them win their races, so it's critical to have as much membership and fundraising support as we can on our all-volunteer team.
