National Women's Political Caucus of Washington

Have you heard the call? Washington women are running up and down the 2017 ballot -- from school board to State Senate! Join NWPC-WA to celebrate the power of women candidates, meet local women candidates, celebrate our 2017 Shero Awardees*, and support NWPC-WA's 2017 Campaign Fund. Plus, enjoy food, drinks, and a room full of smart women at the Hill City Tap House. And make sure to bring the kiddos -- Hill City has a large kids play area for parents to use.

In 2017, NWPC-WA has trained over 100 women to run for office, invested countless hours in coffees, phone calls, and one-on-one meetings to recruit new candidates, hosted one of the state's first campaign training exclusively for women of color, and endorsed over 60 women running across the state. We have done all of this with an ALL volunteer team.

Now we need your help to raise dollars to invest directly into the campaigns of our 2017 candidates. Join us to celebrate the power of women candidates and help us elect a women-powered Washington! 

*Started in 2016, NWPC-WA's Shero Awards recognize the institutional barriers that women of color and LBTQ+ candidates face in their paths to running for office. Organized by NWPC-WA's Diversity Committee, the Shero Awards hold space for these candidates, honor and celebrate their campaigns, and recognize our continued work as a community to end systems of discrimination and oppression, including those in the electoral process.
